A July 28 signed felony order in the folder expressly includes no contact with the victim, and the first-appearance advice form also marks no contact. Until counsel confirms the exact current scope in writing, do not contact the alleged victim or witnesses directly, indirectly, electronically, through social media, or through another person. Do not ask family members to pass messages.

The family manual flagged that the reported scanner value was close to the felony threshold. Ask counsel what exact model, condition, recovery information, valuation source, and market-value evidence have been obtained. Do not argue the valuation with witnesses or the store yourself.
